When It Works

Hi, we’re sisters and business partners – not stylists! We started Establish Salon because we saw how much could go wrong when the stylist-client connection falls apart (or was never there to begin with). But we also saw what’s possible when it works.

Meet Nadia, our technical director. She joined us just starting out, and over the last 10 years, we’ve grown together. Because she trusted we had her best interest at heart, she was able to take bold steps, learn deeply, and care for her clients the way they deserve to be cared for.

Now, she leads and inspires the next generation of stylists in the sale way – with honesty, skill, and heart.
